School Partners

We value working with a range of partners to best meet the needs of our children.

Amy- Our link Educational Psychologist

Amy visits throughout the year helping the staff to make sure the children are fulfilling their potential. She only observes and works with individual children with the full agreement and co-operation of the parents.

Natalie- Our School Based Social Worker

Natalie visits Somerset on alternate Mondays and can provide parents with support including:

  • Advice around parenting skills, managing difficult behaviour and healthy relationships between parents
  • Signposting to different services within Wandsworth
  • Advice on mindfulness and other techniques to support children’s mental health and wellbeing
  • Contacting other services for support or advice (health, charities, housing etc)

Other partner agencies

We work with a wide range of other agencies

This includes working closely with Health Visitors, link Social Workers, Portage, CAMHS, the Wandsworth Early Years Inclusion Advisory Service, Family Support, Oral Health, Battersea Library, The Wandle Early Years Hub and the Homeless Refugee and Asylum Team.
